Beach Day

Today for the beach the kids may bring boogie boards, sand toys, and yes even fishing poles if they'd like. We will have extra help so if we have a couple of different activities going on, that's just fine. We'll also be having a hot dog cookout! Its one of our favorite days, hopefully one of yours too :)

Changes for Thursday and the Plan for Friday

Hopefully all of you received my note yesterday. From the looks of things outside this morning, bowling is a great option! No doubt we'll all have a great time!

Tomorrow, we will be seeing the 2PM showing of Madagascar3 at The Regal Cinema Park Place. Upon arrival at the movie, each child will be given $6. This is enough to cover the cost of a "Kid Pack" at the concession stand. You may send additional money if you wish. The movie is scheduled to end at 3:45, therefore it is likely that we will not return to Shorecrest until 4:15. Please let me know in advance if you would prefer to pick your child up at the theater at 3:45.

Weather Update

Looks like there's a chance the weather won't be beach friendly tomorrow :) Not to worry - we'll modify our plan if we have to and make sure that everyone still has a great day! If we make any changes ahead of time, we'll let you know - otherwise, just come ready for the beach and we'll figure it out. Make sure to bring a towel, sunscreen, and shoes that are good for the beach, especially if you've spent the morning in another camp - trust me, cleats on the beach are no fun!

Airheads and Xtreme Fun Center

Today at Airheads, we hope you'll spend your ENTIRE time jumping. When we leave, we'll have a drink and snack on the bus on ride home. If you wish to play any arcade games or have snacks there, you'll need to bring money for that.

On Wednesday, at Xtreme Fun Center, we'll be playing 2 games of Laser Tag. While you're not playing, you can play any of the video games that don't give out tickets - you'll need to bring some cash if you want to play those. You'll also get a token to try out the batting cages! Like usual, we'll have a drink and snack on the bus ride home.

The Adventure Begins Today. . .

Hi Everyone! Coach Raab and I are excited to start our adventures with you today! For Celebration Station you don't need to bring anything special. We'll get you a wristband that will work for all the outside activities - Go-Carts, Bumper Boats, Tea Cups, etc. Don't worry if you're not tall enough to drive, we have several High School Students coming to help us out! We'll also give you a card that you can use in the arcade - if you'd like to bring extra money for these, you can but its not required at all. You will have PLENTY to do! Don't forget to get your Airheads waiver filled out! See you all soon :)
